1ZZ MR2 Spyder Adapter Kit

If your 1ZZ MR2 Spyder isn’t as much fun as it used to be and you’re stepping up to a turbo, supercharger, nitrous, bigger cams, or just want the factory airflow meter gone and real control over fuel and timing — this is the engine management that keeps up with it.

Fitment
1999–2007 Toyota MR2 Spyder (ZZW30), 1ZZ-FE. 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, and SMT — the adapter passes the transmission wiring through unchanged, so one harness fits all three.

Why this kit
Bolt-ons don’t mean much without a brain behind them. The Haltech ECU gives you modern, reliable, tunable control for anything from a refreshed stock engine to a full race or boosted build — street, road course, or strip.

Chosen by EFI specialists
We run the Nexus T1 — successor to the Elite 550 — and the Nexus S2 after years of hands-on tuning on both. Haltech (est. 1986, Australia) has decades of championship pedigree. This adapter plugs into your factory engine harness, so there is no full rewire, and it removes the factory airflow meter.
